In the beautiful village of Civitacampomarano, in the most historic part of the town, we offer an ancient stone house with terraces of about 150 square meters.

The house overlooks two alleys and therefore has more than one entrance.

Externally, on one side, it has imposing stone arches (access to the cellars, first terrace with arches and second upper terrace), while on the other side there is the main entrance and the entrance to the kitchen which can also be accessed internally.

The house needs renovation, but partly habitable with few interventions.

The structure and the roof are in good condition.

On the ground floor we find the main entrance that leads to a hallway which leads from one side, via a flight of stairs, to two upper rooms, including a kitchen with fireplace and a bedroom with balcony; on this floor there are two other rooms which, however, do not belong to the property; on the other side, always on the ground floor, there is access to the kitchen with access also from the outside and on the other side access to the house which is spread over two floors: ground floor very large dining/living room with fireplace with access to the terrace with arches where externally there are two bathrooms as in ancient times, one with a half bathtub, while the other only with bidet, sink and toilet; utility room with trap door for internal access to the cellars below; also on this floor (which on one side is ground floor while on the other side is on the first floor) we find a corridor, two bedrooms and a staircase leading to the first floor with bedroom and bathroom with tub. The cellars, as mentioned, can be accessed both internally through a trap door and externally at street level.

The SERVICES available are water, electricity and gas.

CIVITACAMPOMARANO is a nice medieval village of 341 inhabitants, located halfway between Termoli and Campobasso, with an imposing Castle that dominates the entire village. But Civitacampomarano is famous also for the editions of the CVTà Street Fest that have left on the walls of the village the works of all the artists who have embraced the project of enhancement and rediscovery of Civitacampomarano; people of the village invited artists from around the world to participate in this annual street art festival. People here are so welcoming and basic services are present as food and grocery shop, bar, restaurant, pharmacy, butcher, a bakery famous for a special sweet typical of the area called “ciell”.
