After enjoying a number of holidays in Italy (both with friends, and alone), a friend sent me a post about $1 houses for sale in Italy. As I am not skilled in home renovations - this idea did not appeal to me at all. As Google does, once you start browsing sites, others sites are suggested, and this is how I found Romina and Mila at the end of 2019.
