The house has three floors for a total of 75 sq m and is rich of character details as brick vaulted ceilings, wood roof, ancient floors, exposed bricks in some walls, nice bricks façade.

There is the chance also, in the attic, to make a little terrace.

On the GROUND FLOOR there is the entrance, FIRST FLOOR with kitchen/dining-sitting room with fireplace, SECOND FLOOR master bedroom and bathroom with shower; attic for a second bedroom now used as studio.

If desired, it is possible to create a small terrace in correspondence with the window.

The UTILITIES are water, electricity, gas, heating system and air condition.

CASALBORDINO is located between the Sinello and Osento rivers, surrounded by olive trees, vineyards and orchards; a town with plenty of amenities and an attractive setting. Just 9 km from the beaches that are both sandy and shingle, the sea turquoise and there are several restaurants and bars along the sea front. In the town there are many shop as animal shop, clothing shop, hardware shop, furniture shop, supermarket, bars, restaurants, bank etc.
