Town house located in the town of Carunchio, walking distance from the main square and on four floors.

On the GROUND FLOOR we find a cellars with two spacious rooms and a fireplace and independent entrance.

Access to the house from the ground and also from the opposite side, reachable with the car.

On the FIRST FLOOR kitchen with spacious living room with fireplace and balcony.

SECOND FLOOR toilette, a room with a storage closet and a big room with French door.

On the THIRD FLOOR living room with fireplace and a big room with balcony and panoramic view, a spacious bathroom with bathtub and the second entrance accessible by a road where is possible to arrive with the car.

Lately there is an attic room accessible via trap door.

The house was inhabited since spring 2021, so it's habitable and in good condition.

CARUNCHIO is a breathtaking village perched on a hill listed among the “100 Most Beautiful Villages in Italy” for its spectacular location and its architectural quaintness.
