The prestigious "Ridolfi" Agricultural Technical Institute, an ancient and glorious school that formed professionally agricultural technician generations, is an important reference for the entire land. Concerning the gastronomic tradition, the "'ndorciolloni", a kind of thick pasta seasoned with mutton sauce, are one of the typical dishes of Scerni.
