FRAINE is a village at 751 m above sea level, in the peacefully location, between the Treste River and the Lama Stream, where find a place of absolute relax. The Church of Mater Domini, approximately 2 km far from the center of Fraine, was founded in 1056 on an older church site, and located in a wood equipped with bench, tables and barbeque points where have nice pic-nic surrounded by the nature and where there is the restaurant that offers genuine and traditional local dishes. In the village there are two bars, a restaurant, petrol station and a flower shop.
