The village boasts a well-preserved medieval center, characterized by narrow cobblestone streets and stone houses. Dominating the town is the Angevin Castle (Castello Angioino), dating back to the 13th century. This fortress, perched on a sandstone ridge, provides panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and stands as a testament to the town's strategic importance during the Middle Ages.
Since 2016, Civitacampomarano has gained international attention through the CVTà Street Fest, an annual street art festival curated by artist Alice Pasquini. The festival transforms the village into an open-air gallery, with vibrant murals adorning the walls of historic buildings, blending contemporary art with the town's ancient architecture.
Church of Santa Maria Maggiore: Founded in the 11th century and later remodeled in Gothic and Baroque styles, this church houses a notable 17th-century wooden altar.
