SAN GIOVANNI LIPIONI is a tiny mountain village in the province of Chieti with 138 inhabitants where there is a mini market and a bar. On the table there is no shortage of specialties such as sagne a'pezzate and sausages and scrippelle, very similar in preparation to that of French crepes. Characteristic are the meat dishes such as the famous arrosticini, wines, sausages, sweets, oils and other delicacies that tell of the strong bond that has always united the local community with the land.
