Two independent village houses that can be joined together, located in the historic area for sale in the Molise Region, precisely in Civitacampomarano.

The first house is spread over four floors for a total of about 85 square meters.

The second house needs complete renovation, on three floors for a total of about 65 square meters.

On the GROUND FLOOR we find a kitchen with fireplace, a trap door leading to the lower floor where we find a woodshed (accessed only from the inside) and a covered balcony with windows/veranda where there is a toilet.

This floor has been renovated including the floor.

On the FIRST FLOOR there is a double bedroom and an hallway with a window (the flooring must be checked).

The ROOF and outsider walls are in good condition.

CIVITACAMPOMARANO is a town in the Province of Campobasso in Molise populated by less than 400 people. The village is a 3.5-hour drive away from Rome, 45 km from Termoli and the beach and 64 km from the ski resort of Capracotta. For the past two years, the “CVTà Street Fest” has been taking place in the village and many graffiti has been made on old doors and walls, as required by the local people. Internationally renowned artists worked on this project and the festival attracts thousands of visitors to the village. But in the village there is other to see: the Angevine Castle, the Church of Santa Maria Maggiore, the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie, with a late-Gothic portal, the Church of San Giorgio Martire.
