In the BASEMENT there is a large basement divided into three compartments, one of which has a loft with vaulted ceiling, one has a small niche in the stone and the other of a fireplace and sink.

The GROUND FLOOR has an entrance hall, lounge with marble fireplace of 1975, a kitchen with a window, a long corridor, a master bedroom with a balcony from where you can admire a view of the hills and the surrounding country and a bathroom with shower.

On the FIRST FLOOR (ATTIC) there is a uniqueroom that can be used as a storeroom.

The SERVICES are available, water, electricity, natural gas, water reserve, boiler and central heating with radiators.

CARUNCHIO is an Italian town of 635 inhabitants in Abruzzo at 714 m above the sea level, perched on a hill, to the right of the Treste river. Most popular in the area are TURDO palace and castle and the church of Santa Maria or the Purgatory . In Carunchio (Chieti province) renews the most important event of the year: the Feast of Corpus Christi, known as “infiorata”. The event is organized by the whole community of Carunchio, the Parish, the Town Council and the various associations in the small village.
